So this is shared bathroom, no frills accommodation right? But instructions for getting access were good, in a quiet location,2 mins from bus to station, good bed, large room, clean bathroom with decent shower, nice little shared kitchen, what's not to like?

Nothing really - never even bumped into anyone going to the bathroom.
