Great location close to the bus station and only a short walk from the main attraction, Basilica di San Francesco d'Assisi. Really a home made breakfast by the owner! Owner Anna is local, so she can tell you about Assisi and can give valuable tips where to go and what to do. Spotless and comfortable room and bathroom!

I have lived in a very satisfactory apartment in recent years. It has complete facilities, elegant environment, clean and comfortable, especially mosquito nets, which is rare, and the location is excellent. I will stay there again.

The nicest couple I have met in Italy. They are friendly and very helpful, and take pride in their city and home. I felt really looked after over Christmas. The comfiest bed I've slept on in years.
