"Superb"

Alessio and his family were fantastic hosts. They helped us with fixing our bike - we extremely appreciate that. Also the bed was super comfortable and we really enjoyed the breakfast (especially the cantucci)

Everything is clean and tidy; the bedrooms were renovated three years ago. Although very near the main road (Via Aurelia) and the railway, the location is not impacted by noise. Angela is kind and welcoming.

Few wall shelves, above all, into the bathroom; there is only one socket (for the hairdryer) into the bathroom: it could be useful to make available more adapters into the bedroom. In the bedroom it could be also useful to put a little wooden desk and a chair.

"Holidays in Maremma"

The B&B is located at 1.5km to a really nice beach (i.e. Frigidair). The room was very cute in design and clean. The breakfast offers delicious homemade pastries and marmalades, inlc. vegan choices. We also had one day dinner at the B&B and it was everything amazingly tasty. Finally, the host's hospitality made us feel very comfortable.

The tiny space for parking and the position close to the main road and railway, however it didn't represent a big issue for us.
