Parkfield (Chepstow BnB)

The breakfast was incredible, and the room was nice and comfortable. Elizabeth (the owner) was fantastic and very friendly.

I wish we'd booked two nights!

The room was very big, very clean, and with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Elizabeth was an amazing host and made sure we felt comfortable and happy. The breakfast was also delicious and cooked with quality ingredients

The property was really good. Elizabeth was so welcoming upon arrival, showing us to our room and having a general conversation to make you feel welcome. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and very spaciousness. Everything that the room said it had it had.

On one of the 2 double beds did not have any pillows which meant a pair of pillows had to be used for other bed. And there was lack of signs leading to property which meant it was quite difficult to locate it.

The optional breakfast was very good as it came freshly prepared from the owner's kitchen. Choices on offer were just right for our long day ahead, and I even got my thermos flask filled with coffee for the journey. The shower was powerful& hot with lovely, soft Welsh water. There was enough off-road parking for all guests. This accommodation was ideally placed for a stopover on our sightseeing drive from Cornwall to the North West. There's even a pub across the road where our host had booked us a table for our evening meal.

Nothing to dislike. Our host went above& beyond to make our overnight stay agreeable.

What the arrangement was - is for bed with breakfast if required. That is not how booking.com advertises it. So YOU are misleading your customers!!!
