La Via del Mare

Our room was extremely spacious. It was decorated and furnished to a high standard. The bed was SO comfortable. It was a joy to sit on the terrace admiring the sensational view. The owners are really lovely people.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at La Via del Mare. It’s a lovely place with a gorgeous view. Very clean and comfortable. Our host was most helpful and very lovely. She helped us with all the questions we had, gave us tips on places to visit etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it anytime!

Tolles großes Zimmer mit Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Gut gelegen, ca. 10 min in die Altstadt und ans Meer (viele Treppen). Sehr, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin :)

Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend - vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft! Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, es war soweit alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, auch wenn man schon etwas fitter sein muss, da man um in die Stadt zu kommen einige Treppen hinauf muss, das war für allerdings kein Problem :) Das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert Dass man direkt vor der Unterkunft parken konnte, war auch ein großer Vorteil Vielen Dank nochmal, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt :)

The hosts were lovely and the view is amazing.

The room is fantastic with lovely authentic decoration and all amenities. We had our own terrace which looks out over the side of Taormina to the sea. The cable car passes alongside and it a 10 minute walk - up steep steps - to the centre of the old town or down to the beach. We had breakfast on our little terrace. Emanuela could not have been a more delightful and friendly host. She speaks excellent English and was able to give us really useful advice. Breakfast was delicious - continental style. Whilst there we had a huge rainstorm and were leant an umbrella and quite enjoyed having a rest day in the lovely room.

Everything was perfexct.

It was well appointed with great views and nice patio terrace. The hosts were attentive and very friendly

The good part was it was right between the beach and the historic town centre . The bad part was it was between the beach and the town centre!there are a lot of stairs to take but the historic section of town is built up high in the hills. If you want to enjoy both, great location :)
