Beautifully decorated room and bathroom. we enjoyed the lush garden as well.

Breakfast could be more varied.

This is a very nice place to stay at, with a beautiful garden and an extremely nice hostess. The city is quiet and lovely. Bathroom facilities are per floor (three rooms per floor) and is well equipped and maintained. The breakfast was made just for us!, as if we were at home with my parents. It was exceptional!!

Better wifi would make it a perfect 10!

The hosts are great! They are really friendly and they adored our dog who come with us. They also have small female dog Miele which is Wonderfull with other dogs. The breakfast was typical Italian for that part with some of their homemade products. The hosts also helped with local restaurant tips. The garden is beautiful and at disposal. They also have a beautiful horse who you can pet too.

Wi fi wasn't able to catch up in our bedroom. But it worked in the lobby and the garden.

Wonderful house and amazing breakfast!

A beautiful location and property, full of history. Attached to the vineyard and honey production of the estate - it was a lovely experience even for our (too) short stay.

We were very happy that we decided to stay in Casa Ariis. We wish that we could stay longer. The house is located in a charming little village, just 5 minutes ride from Palmanova town. We came with a car and since there was a public holiday there was not any problem with parking the car near the house. Keep in mind that the parking is not private, is public, but it is free and feels secure because the town is very calm. The host - Laura is an older very friendly Italian lady, who was very welcoming and hospitable to us. :) She told us that they make their own honey and wine and showed us the wine cellar where we bought some of their local products. They have a dog - Miele, who warmed our hearts because she was so cute. The house is very historic, you can feel the old charm and the soul of the place. There are only 3 rooms, so that gives us a very intimate feeling. We stayed in a room with a wonderful magical garden view. The room was spacious and the bed was extra comfortable. The bathroom is private and very large, but it is external. I loved the large vintage bath. Right by the house is a Harley's pub - a very cool local pub, but do not worry, it is not that loud during the night. We slept like a baby. We also loved the breakfast that the host prepared for us in their wonderful garden. There were homemade eggs, yoghurt, fruit, selection of tea, bread, honey and grape juice that they produce and some other delicious products. Grazie Laura :)

The interior design was amazing. You can smell the history in this restored villa and the lady was so sweet and nice. I recommend everyone to stay here.
