Several breakfast items were provided - e.g., lots of fresh yogurts - and the coffee was quite good. The location was opposite one of Messina's ferry terminals, which I was hoping to use to visit Italy, the toe of the boot. My son and I were within walking distance of many other interesting activities.

mattress was misshapen, not firm or flat. noise from construction right next door was pretty noticeable

Lovely owners who were very helpful when trying to locate a parking spot (Messina and its traffic were like no other!) Room was clean and well appointed Great kitchen facilities Perfect location if getting the ferry back to the mainland

Very bad location regarding parking and distance to historical center of Messina.

Carmelo is so nice and like to help. Very professional. The room is very nice, new, clean and organised. Location is excellent with free parking all around. I recommend staying at “donnalaura” and advise to take carmelos suggestions for food. He knows what he is talking about

The property felt homely and clean It is spacious and the communal kitchenette area it a great facility . Staff were extremely helpful and polite Tram stop right at the front door Beach area is 100 metres from the front door

Clean and tidy. Host met us on the street which was helpful. Communal kitchen available and small breakfast in room/to go which was fit for purpose for us.

It was not ideally located for hydrofoil to Aoelian Islands, Google maps suggests the boat leaves almost opposite property but in fact this leaves from the port near the train station. This was not the fault of the hotel, but may be helpful for future guests to know.

You had to share the kitchen & it was a good 20-30 min walk from city centre.

Very comfortable and spacious, everything we could have wanted in a b&b.
