The location, near the beach and many cafes, it has AC it is a quiet place. I had an issue with the door I could not lose it and the manager arranged another room for me very quickly. I had hot water

I think it is a bit expensive for what you can get in mirrissa without the breakfast. Internet is slow

Really friendly owner. Lovely room, nice balcony. Good Aircon. Good price. 5 minutes to the closest beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Ac worked well. Once we were moved into the correct upstairs balcony room there was alot more space and more light. Good price.

When we first arrived the room we booked was not ready as the owner told us the previous guests hadn't checked out in time. We were put in the downstairs room which was dark and not cleaned properly (loads of hair in the shower drain). We complained and the next day were moved upstairs to the room we had actually booked which was alot better. Clean and not dark with goof air con. WiFi hit and miss.

Its very close to beach and also for the secret beach as well

Amazing stay. Location was perfect, room was clean, shower was powerful. Can’t complain at all, especially for the price. Only downside was that the wifi wasn’t incredible but would still come back many times.

Excellent stay, very kind host who was very prompt with any queries. Superb price to quality ratio. Great location as well, can’t fault it.

Sheets had a few marks but nothing worrisome.
