A parkoló megfelelően nagy, sok növénnyel, színes viràggal, a külső tér színben stílusban harmonizàlva egységes kellemes, mediterrán hangulatot ad a környezetnek. Az épület és kivitelezése új, jó minőségű, színben stílusban, anyagokban egységes megjelenésű. A szoba, fürdőszoba megfelelő méretű, jól felszerelt. A szobàban rég làtott, màshol màr nem nagyon fellelhető kapszulàs kàvéfőző, vízforraló és a hozzàjuk bekészített kávé, teàk vàrtak. Az àgy nagy, kényelmes, kellemes anyagú textíliàkkap, a díszpàrna mintàzata azonos a sötétítő függönyével csak màs színben. A szoba berendezése egységes, harmonikus, a bútorok megfelelöek,nagyok jó színvàlasztàsúak. Könyvespolc is van ràadàsul könyvekkel. Terasz is volt a szobàhoz viràggal. A légkondi pedig olyan csendes, hogy el is felejtettük, hogy van.
