very local to where I was working and breakfast was lovely - host was really great. Internet was good as was quite rural and very nice to park outside.

Very dated bedroom and room decor. TV was very small and not worth watching as smaller than my laptop screen. Pictures online didn’t allow some of this to be known in advance.

Lovely working farmhouse. Angela and her husband are extremely friendly. Homemade breakfast was fantastic. Great way to start the day. Even went out to see the calf’s. They were adorable!!

Excellent breakfast, beautiful and quiet location on a working dairy farm. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and gave excellent pointers to local attractions

The bath that we had stipulated was not connected to the room but was available.

Lovely views across the surrounding farmland, the owner was everything a good hoast should be, I would be more than happy to come back here in the future

The farm is a little isolated, so any evening meals involved a short car drive into Crediton, but that's not really a hardship

Splendid view from 3 windows. Operational farm with 200 cows in a beautiful setting and close to Dartmoor. Very friendly owners who share a lot of information if you ask for it. A harty well prepared breakfast.

Amazing location with stunning views and easy access to garden. Very friendly host including very useful advice on local walks and great local places to eat. Great breakfast to set you up for the day. It's a working farm which is also very interesting

Nothing could have been improved. Remember that this is a working farm and a family home so don't go in expecting a corporate hotel type room! We specifically wanted a family run BBso it was perfect for us
