Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation. Please note that from November 1, the spa zone will not be open except for the provision of massage and rehabilitation services. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 30 PLN per pet, per night applies.If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
