I like that it is on a quiet street and a very familiar stuff. It has a nice and secure parking and close to the Spa.

Not too much dishes available. Also the kitchen dishes are not in the best shape, but you can cook in them. The shower was not in a good shape. I would say it was usable but 3/10. It needs a renewal. The furniture under the sink too.
