Clean, comfortable and close to airport. Comfortable bed, good shower and efficient air conditioning. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The best thing was the lovely owners and their hospitality. Very lovely, helpful people who did everything to make our one night stay with them feel warm and welcoming. The room was presented beautiful. It was clean and modern. Highly recommend this accommodation.

We enjoyed two one night stays at the beginning and end of our time in Sri Lanka. We arrived on an evening flight and departed on a morning flight. The property was ideal for our purposes. The hosts picked us up from the airport on arrival and took us there for departure for a small fee ($14 each trip). It was great to know we would be met at the airport. The property is a, perhaps, 15 minute drive from the airport so is very convenient. Our hosts were very warm and friendly and the home cooked breakfast and dinner were superb. Our room was spacious and clean and had excellent wifi. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend.

It delivered on everything it promised, quiet location, very safe, clean and comfortable.

It was a little further from the main part of Negombo.

Loved our stay and the personal touch by the owners. Was our first sri lankan stop and we felt right at home. Owners gave helpful tips on how to get around and the most amazing gluten free breakfast included. Highly recommend.

Unit in a villa, new and clean. Belongs to a lovely family and will gladly help with anything. Pick up from the airport is also possible. Everyone really doesn't need more than that the day before or after a flight.

The hosts were so lovely and the villa is amazingly quiet. It's very well appointed and central to Nogombo and the airport.

The host was very welcoming and helpful with all the needful information of the place- Negombo. The rooms very clean, and there was a small issue in the washroom but was fixed right after we asked them to. They were available anytime over call message to respond to our queries. It was overall a wonderful stay. Washroom was super clean and the outside of the room, the whole villa property is designed and maintained very well.

The room had a double bed, a single bed and a sofa. If they could do away with the extra single bed then the room size is perfect for the occupancy. As at the moment there was less walking space or space for us to open the luggages.
