"It was nice location and not expensive."

Great location in the old city center square (Brink) close to the river. Many nice restaurants and small speciality shops (old books) nearby in a historical and beautiful city.

At arrival we could not find the key and communication with the staff was very slow and limited. (Took some time to enter). Facilities were basic.

"Besides good location, it is disappointing"

close to city center

It was cold, not possible to adjust temperature by yourself, the thermostat is located in a different place with no access and it is set to 16C (they told me when I complained), for cold days, this is not enough! This problem was not solved by Monroe's stay after contacting them, disappointing. Clogged shower drain

Perhaps I did not read it properly, but I think that a room like this should have a private bathroom.

"Friendly staff good location"
