Willa Zagórze

The villa is located in a beautiful pine forest, which was a pleasant surprise. It is also very beautiful decorated and you feel like in a palace there. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

There was a problem with noise from the neighbours. Also the lock on our room didn’t work but the receptionist helped us. In the breakfast area, although it is located in the building, there were still many flies. It is bad for the food and I suggest that something must be done about it.

Breakfast was good. Pool table. Stylish decor throughout, large rooms.

Staff at the reception ignored us when we arrived. No ‘hello’, rudimentary English, no information put forward- we had to ask about breakfast time. The property advertises a swimming pool, but it was closed under a heavy wooden cover. When we asked if the children could swim on the evening of our arrival, the answer was ‘tomorrow’. But the next morning the swimming pool was still under the wooden cover, so we gave up.

decent location and quiet once the wedding celebrations had stopped. reasonable food.

breakfast service was poor; if breakfast is provided from 07.00 I would expect all buffet items to be available yet cooked food did not appear until around 07.20.

Gorgeous hotel, nice staff, great food.

No curtains in the room this time so I'm sure there builders saw more than I hoped.. Last time there were flying-bugs living in those curtains so I guess I prefer this way 😅 Shower has no pressure, water flow in very poor.
