Amazing breakfast, spectacular property, very friendly and accommodating hosts!

Although everything was super clean and well maintained, I'm not a fan of sharing restrooms, but that's a personal preference and no reflection on the Inn.

"Great little country inn"

Very nice place, feels comfortable and clean. There are cats inside (but if you're allergic, the owner will lock them away) and bunnies in the yard. Only 4 rooms, so no crowds, and breakfast is timed so you can have the breakfast room to yourself. The owner is friendly and accommodating. I got the last room, which comes with a shared bathroom -- tbh I'm not even sure who I was sharing with because it was always available, and well-stocked with stuff you may need. All in all, a great stay.

This is not a criticism but just know that the house is not in the pedestrian area of the town but on the south side -- you technically you need a car or walk a bit (but Oneonta is not big at all, so it's totally managable even without a car, and the natural environment more than makes up for it). Otherwise, nothing to mention, all good.
