Spacious room, and within walking distance to Otranto

Mattress seems worn out, the shower was clogged, and therefore floating, the key of the room didn't give a safe feeling as it was very loosen (standard model) the only communication we had, was upon collection of city tax. The breakfast is a pastry with juice from a box. I would rather pay a bit more next time, to have a better breakfast. No English communication, and we were in front of the barrier waiting like 20 minutes in the hot sun. We thought she was coming down, as we didn't see the key. But apparently it was in the locker box. The poor dog in the morning barked and cried very loudly in the heat. The dog was attached to the gate the whole Period, which we felt was also sad with such high temperatures.

Cold shower, smelly towels. When booking we had a look on Google maps at location to find out totally different address with derelict top story. If we had correct address to start with we would not have booked . Very disappointed

1. WRONG LOCATION - The location on booking is wrong (500metres from the right location), so I needed to search the location for 20minutes. The right location is 30 minutes walking from the center. 2. DOG BARKING ALL DAY AND NIGHT - When you enter the yard, big dog is barking on you for welcome. The barking of the dog continue all over the day and during the night. It was so incovinient and difficult to sleep. 3. UNSECURE OLD DOOR - The door was very old difficult to lock. 4. NO SAFE-LOCKER in the room. Because of the unsecure door, i needed to take all valuable things and money with me. 4. WINDOW NOT IN FUNCTION - The only one window in the room was not functioning, so we couldn't open.We had to open the door for fresh air. The room was without daily lightning. The electrical lightning was also so low. 5. MOLDY FRIDGE - The fridge was moldy, so we couldn't use it. 6. TINY WALLS - The walls of the room are so thin, so when the owner is speaking on phone in the next room, is like she is in the room with you. NO PRIVACY! 7. RUSTY BATHROOM HOLDERS - I couldn't believe that the bathroom holder for shampoos were rusty and dirty. I read the same review one year ago, but I thought that the owner changed them in the meantime. Is it so expensive to change the holders?! 8. LOW WATER PRESSURE! NO HOT WATER - The water pressure was so low, and you have to be lucky for hot water. It comes sometimes with very low pressure. Taking a shower was tough game. 9. GO FOR BREAKFAST ON OTHER PLACE - The breakfast is in front of her room and it is so low budget, only one croissant from market bought couple of days before. The owner didn't ask for preferences. 10. RUDE BEHAVIOUR - She charged me 30 euros for broken lamp.

Location is excellent.
