We had a great stay with the 6 of us! Paul was very friendly and was also helpful when we had questions about our stay or the following steps of our journey to Graskop. The breakfast was amazing as well. We would all recommend to stay here.

"A friendly, comfortable stay in a lovely quiet, farm location, outside of the busy town."

The hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts was excellent. They even laid up a table for us with candles when we brought back a take-away meal from the town. Their recommendation for a local guide to show us round the Battlefields proved to be very good too.

The impact of load shedding on the local town impacted our plans for supper on the first evening - but there was little the hosts could have done to influence this.

There was loadshedding and it was so cold. I wish there were charged lamps and a gas heater or something while the elctricity was out.
