Great hosts and breakfast comfortable bed

Bed took up the whole room so not much space to do yoga

Kim is a wonderful host--friendly, helpful, cheerful, and she cooks up a scrumptious breakfast. The interior decor of the bedrooms, common room, and dining room are picture-perfect. Very dog-friendly, with two miles of trails for a walk through the woods.

Basic but clean rooms. Shower water was hot and bathroom very clean. Breakfast was average but plenty. Walls between room were thin so you could hear your neighbor talk.

Kim (and Rob's, on day 2 of our stay) breakfasts were wonderful. It started each morning with a fruit dish and then the main course du jour! My husband and I asked for a half portion on day 2, because day 1's breakfast entree was so plentiful and delightfully filling!

There was nothing we didn't like, except having to depart after two lovely nights to continue with our itinerary.

Lovely home , very comfortable room and quiet at night. Kim makes a wonderful breakfast and it was different each morning of our stay. Lots to do in the area, only a short drive into Watkins Glen.

Kim was great, such a sweet host. We had an amazing time. Gorgeous location. We will visit again for sure.

Nothing. It is a great place to be in with so much to do. The hosts are great.

Very quiet place, charming old house with all renovations that make it comfortable. Views from the property are lovely. The room was very clean with plenty of space and light. Kim is a great host and an amazing cook, she took care of us and gave good advice about visiting trails, museums and towns. Will not forget her pancakes!!!
