The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the country setting

Very clean and comfortable property, with delicious treats and breakfast. Tea, coffee, and a refrigerator are available 24/7. This is important since some of the purchases needed to be refrigerated. Located a short drive from Watkins Glen, the owners are there to answer questions and knowledgable about locations to visit. You can hike the tree farm and enjoy the solitude it offers. With a friendly protective wrap-around porch, you can rock on comfortable chairs while enjoying your coffee or recently purchased wines. They do offer a wine opener and glasses if needed.

Kim made us breakfast. It was delicious. Coffee was already made which is important for us coffee drinkers. We took a walk on a trail on the property on a nice sunny morning. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the B&B was ideal for vising wineries along the west shore of Seneca Lake.

Can't think of one thing. I would stay here again.

Everything you want from a bed and breakfast. Charming. Spacious. Clean. Comfy. I enjoyed the rocking chair on the porch and the big cozy chair in the living room. Private bath. Great bed. Amazing breakfast.

It was a fantastic trip. Kim and Robert make you feel like you are part of the family. The breakfasts were out of this world and there's also a trail that is great if you appreciate the sounds of nature like I do. The saying " Come as strangers and leave as friends" definitely applies to Tree Farm B&B. And by the way.....this place is spotless.
