We had a brilliant stay here. The location is ideal—right in the middle of everything, yet surprisingly peaceful at night (great soundproofing!). The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and having a kettle for tea/coffee in the living room was a huge bonus. Alessio was fantastic, spoke excellent English, and gave us great local food tips. Highly recommended for a stress-free stay in Palermo!

Camera bellissima, con pavimenti e volte d'epoca. Tutto il resto nuovo e molto funzionale. Pulitissima e molto silenziosa nonostante fosse in centro, dati gli infissi doppi e di qualità. La Consiglio.

Niente

Ruime kamer in een oud gebouw met alle comfort, goed bed. Ontbijt OK, bij goed weer mogelijk op een aangenaam binnenterras. Goede locatie op 5 minuten wandelen van het station en 10 minuten van het oude centrum. Gratis parkeermogelijkheid op straat, wel even rondrijden om een vrije plaats te vinden.

Wat ongezellige verlichting, fel witte spots. Kamer aan een levendige maar lawaaierige straat. De ramen moeten dicht blijven, maar zijn wel goed geïsoleerd.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room (although we were able to use the kettle in the breakfast room). Also probably not the best part of Palermo as near the station & quite a lot of traffic - but it was fine for us and we did feel safe.

Clean rooms, central location

I recommend contacting the owner before checkin, because I didn‘t receive his information and had to wait with all my bags at the door at night. In Italy it‘s recommended to pay attention in areas near the train station, that‘s also the case for palermo. I also recommend to book without breakfast if you want to leave early, as the breakfast isn‘t ready before 8.30 and also not very special.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Gute Lage

We stayed just one night but was perfect for us. Very close to the train station, comfortable and clean. We left our luggage before the check in time. Recommend!
