Lovely room and very quiet, given its location. Comfortable bed and good communal tea and coffee making facilities. Alessio was very pleasant and accommodated an early check-in.

The area, being close to a station was as you would expect in an inner city station location; it was convenient but a little edgy (although safe, for Palermo)

Location was good, there were lovely pastries at breakfast (especially the ones with ricotta).

Outdoor terrace would benefit from having a light on evenings.

The property was perfect for a very short stay in Palermo. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed and cold aircon. The host was friendly and helpful. The location was great and near the train station. Surrounding the place it seemed a bit more run down than the rest of Palermo but inside it was fabulous. Thank you for a great stay.

The host Alessio allowed us to check in early, and met us at the property to assist with carrying our bags up the stairs. The accommodation was secure and very clean and comfortable. Only a short walking distance from the train station which is convenient.

Very close to the train and bus station and only a few blocks from the historic city center. Breakfast was food and plenty, there is an expresso machine available for the guest and we loved that. Mauricio was a great host.

Warm welcome from our host. Very kind to let us check in a bit earlier. Easy to find and very near the station and bus depot, great if you need a train or bus next morning. Large, very clean, quiet and comfortable room, with nice bathroom and lots of hot water. Pleasant dining area although we did not have breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Alessio, the owner is very friendly and open. Helped us with any information we needed. The last day he allowed us to leave the luggage at the reception desk due to late flight back home. We stayed in the room opening to the back of building, so it was quiet. Room and bathroom was modern and clean just as we like it.

Not necessarily negative. Breakfast is delicious, but for the five days we stayed, it could maybe be a bit various. Also the time of breakfast, for us, is a bit late (8.30), because this way we start the day late to visit places or to catch a train to some other place.

The room was comfortable with enough space to make myself at home. I enjoyed having indoor and outdoor common areas.

Place is good. It is close to bus station. Host is very nice and helpful. Room is big. Nice balcony.

Place is a bit far from center. Didn’t feel very safe walking in this neighborhood at evening time

Location is perfect, everything was within the walking distance. We loved the celling, felt like living in a castle. Breakfast was amazing, especially the pistachio croissants.

Shower's wall was a bit moldy, but that's kinda common for the Sicily. Floor is super cold, we suggest bringing slippers or flip-flops.
