The Yellow Rose of Talbot Bed and Breakfast

The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. It was like going to a gourmet restaurant.

Having our bathroom in the hallway was a bit disappointing, but manageable.

Let me start this review by saying we are not B&B people, but our experience here totally changed our minds - at least for this amazing B&B! OUTSTANDING in every respect. And the breakfast WOW!!- we will always remember it! Delightful hosts; HUGE rooms with lots of nice touches, and we felt SO welcomed. Save room for breakfast - the sausage gravy is the best EVER! Each of us had some different "mini" items (smaller portions of the vast regular menu items) and we all raved about them. A lovely B&B and absolutely a "must stay" if you are in that part of the Eastern Shore or just passing through. A true delight!!

The breakfast was stupendous. Tammy served us wonderful food of her own creation. She is an inspired food preparer.

This is being nitpicky, but a nightlight in the bathroom would’ve been nice.

Breakfast was outstanding! Bed was very comfy and the room was very clean and quiet.

The room could have had a celing fan, ideally.

Tammy and Ken were perfect hosts; helpful but not obtrusive. We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean; the breakfasts were chosen from a lengthy menu with everything to choose from; and the neighborhood was quiet and calm. Their house is located just outside of Easton and we had a grand time exploring the town as well as the countryside and history of the area. We specifically visited to see the Harriet Tubman/Underground Railroad museums and sites and the B & B is ideally situated to strike out for those.

Lovely room with comfortable bed and seating. Tammy and Ken were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was extraordinary. There were many choices on an extensive menu and they were all superb. Tammy is a wonderful cook!

Steep stairs up to bedrooms. Bathroom in the hall for bedroom we were in.

We loved our room. It was nicely decorated, clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The attention to detail was marvelous! From the carafe of chilled drinking water to the apple crisp breakfast treat, my stay was incredibly pleasant!

I wish I had booked 2 nights! The hosts were charmingly engaging and friendly. The accommodations were outstanding!
