"Welcoming & friendly"

Warm & welcoming with a lovely host. Fabriano is a great base from which to explore but don't overlook the lovely town centre. Stayed an extra night & would definitely return if I came this way again.

A 20 minute walk to the nearest place to eat so not so good if on foot.

I absolutely love the view from the balcony, very delicious and rich breakfast and great host! All the facilities are there, great choice to stay for the night or two!

There was no issues, except a little bit loud water pump in the bathroom, which we were aware of and it was personally for us no issue!
