Lovely welcome from Paolo who was very helpful with parking options and who gave us lots of info. There was also a large book of info in the room which was most welcome. The location was perfect with all the sights walkable to and a host of eating possibilities nearby. The breakfast offering was cleverly done (you need to visit to find out why) and of a good standard. Our room was a bit small but totally modern, well appointed and clean.

Because the room was small the bed was a bit small and against a wall, which was not too great for the person on the inside to get in and out.

The location of the place is really really nice, a lot of nice restaurants in the neighborhood and great atmosphere. The room was very clean and so well furnished, with a lovely view on the street from the balcony. The breakfast was so cute and well prepared! Love the tips of the host Poalo as well!

Poalo warned us that it could be a bit loud in the street (kind of normal when you sleep in such a busy area), but they provided earbuds and again pretty logical if you ask me. So it did not bother us!

Der Check-in war sehr gut organisiert, wir erhielten von Paolo viele nützliche Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Palermo. Für das Frühstück konnten wir wählen ob süss oder salzig. Dieses stand dann morgens jeweils schon bereit wenn wir aufstanden, ein kleines Buffet mit allem was man sich wünschte: Kaffeemaschine, Säfte, Joghurt, Früchte, Gebäck, Müsli, ... Paolo stand ausserdem jederzeit per Chat zur Verfügung, bspw für Restaurantempfehlungen. Das Zimmer "A Santuzza" war sehr grosszügig, liess sogar Platz für das morgendliche Yoga. das Bad war ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Es gab ausreichend Frotteewäsche und auch Duschmittel etc. Das gesamte Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, hat viel Charme und strahlt pure Gemütlichkeit aus.

Da das Zimmer mitten im belebten Viertel war, war es nicht ganz so ruhig. Uns hat es absolut nicht gestört, wir haben trotzdem wunderbar geschlafen und uns gefreut, Teil des Stadtrubels zu sein.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Super zentrale Lage. Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Zimmer.

The accommodation was very good — excellent location, extremely friendly staff, and despite the room being quite small, it had everything you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

The location was perfect and the room is stunning. Modern amenities with beautiful character nestled in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo. To top it off Paolo (host) was exceptional and so incredibly helpful. We had a complimentary breakfast which was fetched from the bakery in the morning with a choice of sweet or savoury. Was a lovely touch. If I come to Palermo again I would 100% stay here.

It is quite close to where all the bars are so can be a little noisy at night but we were supplied ear plugs and it does quieten down around midnight.
