Very clean and very comfortable bed!

Exterior of the location, there were no photos to show the surroundings.

Room is very clean.

Location is bad for someone who needs quiet place to sleep. outside workers works during the night with tons of loud noise to interfere good sleep.

Clean room. Good coffee in the morning. The host was helpful in helping us keep our luggage stored until we left Palermo. I also liked that self check in was ok as we landed later than expected.

It was quite a walk to the main centre, but not really an issue

Breakfast simple but ok. Hotel itself very good, clean and secure. Location outside - a bit scruffy and a bit rough.

It was clean, comfortable and well managed..

The location .. The location and the location .. It’s a pet far of the city centre, The neighbourhood where the hotel is located is always dirty and isolated.. the public transportation is horrible ((but this is not the problem oh the hotel, its the problem of Palermo)).

Clean and convenient. Great staff.

I thought the location was a bit desolate, but the staff and everyone I met in palermo explained it is very safe.

Arsenale is a nice option and good valuable but little far of city Center and public transport.
