Ero per tolc università di Palermo era di fronte ingresso ma zona degradata

Cattivo odore Stanza con finestre sul marciapiede su strada ad alta intensità di traffico veicolare anche a velocità sostenuta Poi gravissima la circostanza che solo nel messaggio con indicazione per accesso via mess whatsapp ha rivelato che bagno in comune.

La posizione è eccezionale se si deve andare all'università, è esattamente di fronte. La casa è accogliente e pulita, silenziosa e con condizionatore che rinfresca in un attimo. In circa 15 minuti a piedi si arriva alla cattedrale e nel centro storico. Bagno e cucina sono in comune con una seconda camera, ma noi non abbiamo visto nessun altro quindi era tutta per noi.

Non ho capito come funzionava la macchina del caffè (colpa mia), mancava il phon (amen comprato in un negozio accanto a 10€).

The terrace views at night are amazing, great spot to hang out. Our room and facilities were clean. The host Marco was really helpful and very kind.

Everything was nice and I dont have complaints about the apartment, only minus is loud people at night, but thats a common thing in Palermo that you cannot really do anything about.

Marco is awesome and really cares! He is SO helpful and friendly. Wonderful small room, beautiful rooftop terrace, nice kitchenette, but this is not a hotel with regular services one expects. It was right across the street from U Palermo. Great location!

When I arrived it's just an apartment building and there was nothing to indicate that Triscele was there. The nice taxi driver tried to take me someplace else because we concluded this could not be right. Turns out there was a code to enter the building (and there had been a sign but it was broken) but I had no idea and was not informed of this. To run the air conditioner you have to leave keys in the wall (no kidding). 5 keys were required to get in and out, etc. The place is 4 flights up with no elevator.

It was a nice place to stay for 1 night

The property is amazingly organised, lovely interior design and every single detail is polished to reflect the care of the management. Room 6 with private bathroom is a pearl: perfect sound isolation for a golden sleep. Bed/pillows tight and very comfortable. The shared rooftop is a plus I will never forget. Ps: washing machine available for 3€ - great value!

A good location near city center. We appreciate the kitchen available and terrace with a view at the city. The communication was wtihout any problem.

Super nice and helpful host! Communication made easy and quick, great suggestions on activities etc. Very pleasant stay overall!

I am happy to recommend the Triscele house apartment that I rented. The apartment was well maintained, very clean and well equipped which kept me comfortable and comfortable throughout my stay. Also, thank you very much to the owner, he was not only nice and friendly, but also ready to help in any matter, always available. If you are looking for the perfect place for a short stay in Palermo, I highly recommend this apartment.
