Close to the centre of Penrith with parking made the location very convenient. The owner, Alison, was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was exceptionally clean and all the furniture and fittings in our room were modern and well thought out.

There was nothing to not like about this property and our stay.

A great location for easy access to the motorway. Lots of nice places to eat nearby and a great outdoor shop just across the road. Alison was a fantastic host and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. Everywhere was spotless so couldn’t have asked for more.

Conveniently, just a short distance from the motorway to split our journey north. Parking on site. A breakfast order was taken when we arrived, so no long wait in the morning for it to be prepared. Short stroll into town with plenty of eating places & pubs. Perfect for the one night we required.

Cereals, fruit and full English available. Breakfast was cooked to order by Alison (Owner) which meant it was nice and hot, unlike so many buffet style breakfasts. Tea and coffee refills also offered.
