Mi sono trovato bene su tutto!!!

Absolutely nothing except the view and location. We did not stay at this location because we were told upon our arrival that there was no breakfast. I took nearly 2 hours to get in touch with the owner and when we did we were treated with extreme disrespect by the owner to the point that we were not comfortable staying at the facility with our 3 year old son and dog.

Literally everything except the location and view. We were greeted by someone the owner left at the property who did not speak English knowing that we only speak English, Czech, and German. We asked when and where breakfast was and were told there is no breakfast, only a coffee machine. We made several attempts to contact the owner (7 calls and a text) and then contacted Booking support after being unable to make contact. Booking contacted the owner who then called us afterwards asking us why we contacted Booking and asked if there was a fire or if someone died. She was then extremely rude and sarcastic asking us when we wanted breakfast because she has a lot to do then next morning and needs to plan her day around our breakfast that was supposed to be included with our purchase. She was so aggressive, rude, and sarcastic that we left our dinner table to collect our dog and bag from the room and left. She also spent the next couple days afterwards sending me voice messages and texts unprovoked that were just as rude and aggressive as she was on the phone call. This made us feel like we made the right decision to leave without staying.

Breakfast was lovely, with home made jams and yummy yogurt

Perhaps a manual for the property and tips on the surrounding area, including restaurants etc, we did not know that we had the use of a downstairs kitchen initially
