Friendly staff, however it could not help the issues I faced in my room.

Unfortunately, during my stay I experienced multiple serious problems that made the accommodation unhygienic, unsafe, uncomfortable, and far below the advertised standard: - Torn and damaged towels provided. - Unhygienic and stained toilet. - Dirty, stained pillows and mattress. - Visible insect and dead cockroach found in the room. - Mold stains and ceiling leaks. - Dust and dirt behind furniture. - Strong unpleasant smell in the room, like mud, with stuffy air. - Air conditioning blows directly at the bed and cannot be adjusted - this made sleeping very uncomfortable and unhealthy. - Bathroom door handle is broken on the inside - I almost got trapped inside the bathroom. - Nightstand lamp is broken. - Extremely loud mosque prayer calls starting very early around 4:30-4:50 am, not mentioned anywhere in the property description, making sleep impossible. - Very poor Wi-Fi connection - even basic internet browsing was nearly impossible. - Loose screws and dangerous maintenance issues. - Dirty mirror, stained curtains, and overall lack of cleanliness. - My body felt itchy throughout the night, even though no visible bites are present - very uncomfortable and concerning. All of these issues combined made my stay very uncomfortable and did not match what was promised in the booking description or photos. This is a clear failure to deliver basic cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort. I am sorry I have to share this.

It is close to everything and an easy walk from the ferry. Generous breakfast was included. We rented bikes for the week which was great. Very friendly staff. Pretty and large rooms.

Breakfast could take an hour to arrive. The mosque closeby is loud early in the morning (but I guess you would hear the voice anywhere on the island…) The cleaning did not include providing new toilet paper, shampoo, soap when finished, or even removing the endless line of ants; we had to ask for it.

Uns gefiel die Lage sehr gut. Der Weg vom Hafen zur Unterkunft war mit Gepäck sehr gut zu bewältigen. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend.

Leider waren viele Mücken im Zimmer. Die Kommunikation war teilweise ebenfalls etwas erschwert. So kam es einige Male beim Frühstück zu Missverständnissen. Das Frühstück ist für unseren Geschmack zu klein gewesen. Leider wurden wir nie satt und mussten für viel Geld nachbestellen oder woanders nochmal frühstücken.

Wat mijn verblijf zo geweldig maakte waren de medewerkers. Zoals ze het zelf zeiden bij het inchecken: this is your home here. En zo voelde het ook. Wat ik niet wist is dat je gebruik kan maken van de twee hotels eromheen, je kon ontbijten bij Mowgli’s en het zwembad in bij Flamingo’s. Mocht je de kamer schoon willen hebben kon je dat aangeven of de medewerkers vroegen hiernaar. Je kan ze verder ook van alles vragen.

Alles was goed

Namestitev mi je bila vsec. Osebje prijazno in preprosto. So se zelo trudili, da bi nam vedno ustregli. Še bi se vrnila...

Se ne spomnim nicesar.

It is well located, but depends on your needs. Nice garden. Nice staff. Access to a pool in another villa. Bikes were free to use.

I came with big expectations because I payed more to have a nicer room. Chose it to have a romantic getaway with my husband. The bedroom is ok, don't get me wrong, just not for this price. - you don't have light in the room - bathroom was not clean to my standards - cleaning only comes if you ask for it. I would prefer that they just clean by default. - they put just a few towels, we had to ask for more when we need, but we always forgot to ask so we had to use same towel in 2.5 days. We could have asked but, they should put more towels in the first place either way. - bed was not comfortable and it gave me neck pain, but this is totally subjective, as different people like different beds. I would just add better pillow or bigger pillowcases to make the pillows less stiff. Overall I felt I overpaid and didn't receive at all a 9 rating stay, for my needs. They are definitely nice people, and for others this would be. perfect stay, so take it with a grain of salt.
