"Perfect place for 2 couples travelling together"

Fantastic location, peaceful and beautiful area. Perfect for 2 couples travelling together as we both had lovely rooms with en suite but also a communal area with small kitchen.

"A most relaxing stay in a great location for vineyards and a super hostess"

Fantastic quiet location in the country with majestic views over vineyards and great lies at night. Perfect location for visiting vineyards by bike or car. Our en-suite room was clean and homely and the breakfast room was available for us to make tea/ coffee/lunch/dinner at any time. Paula was a perfect hostess - she kept everything very relaxed and nothing was too much trouble .

Russell's humour and Paula's breakfast were a great addition to an awesome property. Lovely views and it was great to explore the nearby villages and vineyards.. Would definitely stay again!

"Very enjoyable stay."

This was a great place to stay for two nights. We mostly relaxed and enjoyed the view from the property but we also met some friendly folks at the Woodburne Tavern and we loved our visit to the Omaka Aviation Heritage Museum. A continental breakfast of cereal, toast and yogurt was just fine and the hosts were congenial.

"Exceptional"

This was the perfect place to unwind after some more active days out tramping. We were warmly welcomed by Paula, our friendly and helpful host. The room was very comfortable and had a nice deck out to the garden with plenty of birdsong (even though we didn't get to enjoy it much due to the weather). Everything was spotlessly clean. Good breakfast, too. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxation, but is also just a short drive to Renwick where there are pubs and a supermarket.
