the staff was amazing and very helpful

Excellent location, helpful staff, spacious bedroom, comfy beds with lots of blankets, they also offer tours directly.

Room got very cold, and inconsistent hot water - no hot water in our en-suite, hot water in upstairs communal bathroom but broken window so felt very exposed to the street. Gap above bedroom doors so was quite noisy one night with neighbouring room watching TV.

Such friendly owners who were super helpful with anything we needed. Our room was comfortable and the shower was very hot! Wi-Fi was good and we were able to use the well kitted out kitchen whenever we needed. Would highly recommend, especially for the price!

Great location. Host speaks English and is very helpful. we received some banana, bread and butter when left before breakfast time. leaving baggage for 3 days when hiking the Santa Cruz trail also was not a problem

Location was great :), our room was spacious, shower had a good pressure however usually no toilet paper, when leaving we had extra charge for use of shower ( it’s OK, was only 5soles BUT only this host asked us to pay extra )

We had breakfast included and again I understand if we are leaving early for tours is our problem BUT all other hostels / hosts on our trip did prepare us packed breakfast NOT this one ( not fruit, bread )
