Chesham House

Very friendly and accommodating host. We ended up booking an additional night (last minute) and so had the experience of staying in two different rooms, both of which were comfortable and well furnished.

Decent breakfast, on time and adequate variety

maybe a big screen TV with more channels/movie channels etc

The facilities, the staff, the food and the location - all perfect. Eskom tried their best to ruin our stay, but not even them could spoil a lovely weekend.

The breakfast was delicious and the hostess was very friendly. They came in to clean the room every day. That was very nice.

The room faced the road which made it a bit noisy and load-shedding made it a bit difficult. Other than that we had no complaints.

The breakfast was lovely, neatly prepared. The host was exceptional. Very kind and warm.

Hanneli made our stay extremely pleasant. She was so friendly and helpful with advice and organization. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We would chose her B&B again if we came back to Hermanus.

the towels need to be a better quality and the bathmat needs replacing. i think double ply toilet paper is always a must.
