The Bailey Shepherd's Hut and Holiday Cottage

It’s really lovely unusual and cute - the owners are great and it’s spotless and has everything you need- location in a garden with peace and privacy

The bed is small as is the whole hut so if you’re a couple it’s a bit tight - for me on my own it was perfect

Spotless accommodation, cosy and a fantastic location with on site parking. The hosts were fantastic and communication was great.

The property was lovely and very comfortable. The morning view was amazing too over the field with the lambs. Mark and Kay were very welcoming hosts and definitely could have stayed longer.

Beautiful view through the patio doors. Clean, and a surprisingly spacious bathroom. Bed was comfy. Great location for Skipton sights. Friendly host. Private little garden with robins.

It didn't bother me, but some might want to be aware that there's a main road nearby, so when the windows are open, there is the sound of traffic. I was shown a breakfast basket with two of everything, but mine arrived with one of everything. Hopefully, mine was cheaper than the basket for two.

Great location, cosy shepherd hut, well equipped, would highly recommend.

We loved the location, with a beautiful view yet very handy for walking into Skipton. The property was really comfortable, and the hosts kind and welcoming.

There were one or two very minor repairs needed at the property.

Fabulous location next to the castle, 3 mins walk to top of town. Easy on site parking. Lovely hosts and great breakfast hamper. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Lots of instant hot water for shower or bath.
