Ocean Boho House

Very nice interior, a small oasis close to everything. Local and tourist stuff.

I can’t say anything bad, I loved the place and the staff was super nice.

Loved our stay in this beautiful oasis. Set one street back from the beach (1 minute walk), this hotel feels like a relaxing retreat. Very clean but boho feel. Pool and facilities cleaned daily. All the staff were so lovely, the owners offered great recommendations and were always happy to chat. The breakfast service was amazing. Would definitely recommend Ocean Boho House to anyone staying in Jambiani

We had the most wonderful, relaxing stay in Zanzibar. We stayed in the 'budget' accommodation, because that's the type of laid-back easy-going trip we were after. Our Hosts were FANTASTIC! Sylwester & family went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. The FOOD was OUTSTANDING!! I would highly recommend staying at Ocean Boho House.

Wonderful place to stay, we would come again! The swimming pool was great, shadow in the garden, really tasty food for a good price!

The location is great, 3 minutes to the beach. Stuff was friendly as well, tried to help wherever possible. But you had to tell them what you need and want (towels, clean pool,…) still, they welcomed us with a very big smile!

Can not really recommend. The rooms where not clean (especially bathroom), the door of the bathroom was not closing at all and the Moskito net was so dirty and full of blood. Breakfast is ok, only instant coffee what I don’t understand because they do have good coffee! Towels were missing and we had to ask 2 times for clean towels. Also it was promised that i will get gluten-free breakfast (where I relied on!), but not available at all- only fruits were my breakfast in the end. All in all a bit disappointing.

Great breakfast, options to choose from. Reastaurant makes great food. Swimming pool was also nice. Aircon in the room, mosquito nets and friendly staff. We were happy to stay here.

Unfortunately there was a road construction just when we were there, but now there will be a better road (less bumpy!) so that's ok! And the fridge in the room didn't work. But we didn't even expect to have one, so hakuna matata.

The people working at Yellow Card are amazing: very happy, friendly and helpful, every single day. Me and my daughter (3 years old) just returned from a 6 weeks stay at Yellow Card and enjoyed it so much. My daughter and I have been playing in the pool every day, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and often had dinner at Yellow Card as well. We really felt home and looked after which was very important to me as a single parent with a little child. The environment at Yellow Card is beautiful, a lot of green. Our room was spacious and charming.

Nothing really. Sure, staying at a place for six weeks you start noticing little things that could be approved a bit, but it was all fine with with me as the price-quality balance is just great.
