Old Hall Croft Barn

Room really comfortable, good shower and spacious bathroom. Carol is a very welcoming host - and gives good trip tips and is very friendly and helpful. We stayed a couple of years ago and were really pleased to come again. Lots of extras provided - two lovely fluffy dressing gowns, use of her local OS map etc....

Although parking was on street the Location was pleasant and quiet. Access to walk the nearby canal (the Leeds - Liverpool) towpath was no more than 50 yards away. Two public houses for evening meals within 10 minutes walking distance. Our double room was comfortable, well serviced, spotlessly clean, with a plentiful supply of tea and coffee and fresh milk. A large bed with good mattress ensured a sound nights sleep. The ensuite bathroom was modern, also spotless, and with an efficient shower in a spacious cubicle. Our hostess friendly, a supreme breakfast chef, and knowledgeable Thanks Carol.
