Apartmán Ginko I

Great location, friendly owners, and a clean apartment with high-speed internet (which was very important for me during my stay). Has everything you need – book it, you won't be disappointed.

Blízko miesta kde som potrebovala byť skoro ráno. Štvrť bola tichá. Pani domáca bola milá.

Určite by sa hodilo keby do apartmánu prišiel muž s náradím a opravil všetky uvoľnené veci, napríklad kohútiť v kúpeľni - mala som pociť, že pri otočení odpadne, zásuvky, komodu, pani upratovačka by si tiež po sebe mohla skontrolovať svoju prácu, čelo postele bolo špinavé a ostatné veci už nejdem komentovať.

Nice, quiet area, close to transport, warm apartment, shower gel, shampoo, hair mask and hail conditioner as well as soap were included, extra toilet paper, 3 towels for 2 person, hair dryer, heater, warm floor.

The reality did not match the photos. Two of the walls were in poor condition, with peeling plaster. The kettle and sink were dirty, and there was visible limescale. The microwave was old, and even basic items like the washcloth didn’t feel clean. The biggest issue, however, was the internet. There was no usable internet in the room—it only worked if you stood right next to the door. The landlady admitted this had been an issue for three years but claimed no one had complained before. When we raised the problem, she reacted very poorly and even threatened to make us leave. Other details also reflected the lack of maintenance: the hairdryer was sticky, the bathroom handle was barely attached and could fall off at any moment, and the nightstand was very old, with a matchstick used instead of a proper handle. There was also only one beer glass and one wine glass provided, even though the room was for two people. At the end of our stay, the landlady yelled at us, which made the experience even worse. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.
