Peterc Vineyard Estate

If you’re planning to start a b&b or a boutique hotel you MUST stay here as a learning experience.. the property is amazing in its own right but what makes it spectacular are its owners, our hosts… the word ‘no’ doesn’t exist in their vocabulary.. they certainly make you feel like you are a guest in their house and not a patron of their business… they bend backwards for you and there ain’t anything they won’t do to make your stay perfectly comfortable… it’s a family run hotel and they make you feel warm and welcomed right from get go… actually they kept providing valuable information right after we made the booking to help us get a lay of the land and to make sure our dietary constraints were addressed… their eye for detail is heretofore unseen… right from spritzing the pillows with your choice of fragrance to arranging dinner reservations and from regaling wine tastings to curating breakfast as per the guests’ needs… they do it all… right from the orange and freshly squeezed apple juice to the little hooks in the bathroom, right from the variety of mosquito repellents in the bedroom to the personally brewed coffee… I can’t seem to stop with my praises… we changed our plans and decided to stay in for the day and we requested them to heat up some of our leftovers for us for lunch.. just to witness the efforts they put into it warmed my heart all over again… they say to get the feel of a country get a feel of its residents.. and all I can sum up and say is that Slovenia is charming & heartwarmingly beautiful…

NOTHING!!!!! If you don’t get to stay here at least go for their breakfast… the owner & the chef are truly gifted.. compliments through and through…

Everything was perfect. Attention to detail above and beyond. Hosts are extraordinary. Wine is exceptional. I wouldn’t change a thing and wish we had more time there. Thank you again for your generosity.

Nothing to not like

The Property was beautiful. The views from the room and veranda extended across numerous vineyards and towns all the way to the Adriatic. The property was designed in a tasteful and first class manner while, at the same time, maintaining a minimalistic appearance which provided a peacefulness to the surroundings.

It was a rare experience. Beautiful hotel/B&B. Meticulous rooms. Beautiful grounds/view. For the cost that would be enough. The hosts were amazing, husband/wife. He reached out to us prior to our arrival in the am to see if we needed reservations for Friday dinner in the area. He took care of the rest of our bookings for the next 2 days after having a glass of wine together to get a feel for who we were and what we wanted. His locally sourced hazelnut spread that my mother loved, was packed in a glass jar and sent with us on our departure. I hate to set a bar that might be hard for him to consistently meet. His level of service was perfect. I would consider coming back to the area just to visit again.

I suppose there are always things that you can think of that you might want. But for the cost and what we expected before we arrived. I cannot say anything negative

Peterc Estate was beautiful. The rooms were perfect an cozy. Many fine details - from the decor to the beautiful bathrooms to the linens. Hosts were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. Didn’t want to leave!
