Perfect, location and lovely hosts

Spotlessly clean, very warm, excellent breakfast and the host was very informative and friendly.

Lovely room with everything you need. Fabulous view and great location. But the highlight was the lovely breakfast with the owners in the morning.

We had a fantastic day here. The Hamptons warmly welcomed us, served us a delicious breakfast, and even offered to drive us to the bus stop. The scenery is gorgeous—it's right by the sea, with beautiful views of the ocean and glaciers.

Everything was perfect! We got a very warm welcome by the host, Patrick. The unit we stayed was very clean & equipped with a private bathroom. We're from Malaysia and all the heating equipment in the room is purely life saver during winter! View and location? Perfect! Beach is just across the street - you'll sleep and wake up with a stunning view. Food? Perfect! Patrick prepared breakfast for his guests and we were served in his dining room, and you eat with another view :) Bread made by Patrick and cookies made by Mary-Clare are amazing too! Price is a bit on the high side, if we're visiting Kaikoura in the near future, we'll definitely go with this place again. It was nice meeting you, Patrick - and thanks for your hospitality!

Location is very near to town and the ocean view from the window is beautiful.

The room was perfect. Comfy bed and great shower. The hosts were friendly. A delicious breakfast was included too.
