地理位置可以，有一些水和微波炉

没法寄存行李，只能放到早上十点半，住了这么多就这个不能放，害得我们要出去找地方给钱寄存

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto problemi con i riscaldamenti, che non funzionavano, e con il phon a muro, che si spegneva e dopo poco emanava odore di bruciato. Abbiamo segnalato tutto e il personale è stato molto gentile, ma purtroppo il problema non è stato risolto.

It was very close to the train station and supermarket was also very near. The room was clean. The host responded quickly and answerd all our questions.

The sofa is not excatly good for sleeping, maybe more apropriate for children. The rooms are cold and the heating was rather poor. The doors are not soundproof so when someone talks/plays piano at 21:30 pm it’s really well heard in the room (can distract childs sleep). In the bathroom you had to wait quite long time for warm/hot water and there were small ants (probably from humitidity). Personally did not liked the fact the someone from personal entered out room when we were out for the day (just to clean up, make up the beds etc) but that was undiscussed before. Also cheking-in was a little bit confusing - many emails for pre-check and after filling it, the emails still came. They provide parking for extra fee, but parking on the street costs half less.

La gentilezza e accoglienza delle signore. La posizione ottima rispetto alla stazione Venezia Mestre. La pulizia della camera e dei servizi.
