Il B&B si trova in una posizione molto comoda, esterno al centro storico (quindi con facilità di parcheggio gratuito e in zona tranquilla) ma adeguatamente vicino per arrivarci a piedi. La colazione offriva diverse opzioni tra cui alcuni dolci tipici. La proprietaria è estremamente disponibile e cordiale e, vivendo presso la struttura, è pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi necessità.
