Absolute Beachfront B&B

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. I had a great time and highly recommend. Exceeded expectations and a real treat.

Location was great, it had everything you might need and a wonderful breakfast.

First off, Brin and Biddy were outstanding hosts. And the place was spacious and clean. The ocean front location made for a great view while relaxing in their spa. They loaned me a bike for a pleasant bike ride into Napier. Brin made reservations for us at a winery restaurant that was within easy walking distance. The food and wine were excellent. Definitely this stay was a highlight of our New Zealand trip.

This is a clean well equipped studio. It is airy, has a comfy bed and a good shower. The studio is located on the street side of the property , but access is available to an extensive beachfront deck, hot tub and the beach itself. There is also a patio and garden outside the unit, which is also used by the owners to access their residence. The owners were especially friendly and helpful.

The property is located 8km from the CBD. Nevertheless it is an easy drive and there are bicycles available to ride into town or on the extensive track network.

Brin & Biddy have worked hard to get this to be a special place to stay. So welcoming and very relaxing.They have thought of everything with little personal touches that add to the experience . Side door leads to the beach & hot tub in back garden. It’s a short drive from centre of Napier but we used their bikes; thank- you. Alas the weather wasn’t great & didn’t see it at a very best but the hot tub after a cycle ride back in a gale with a g&t was !!

Loved the location and the layout of the room it was beautifully decorated and very well equipped Brin and Biddy were so welcoming and gave us great info and advice to make the most of our short stay there
