The property was well located, close to the river and cycle way and not far from Topsham and good pubs

The proprietor appeared to watch us like a hawk, which made us feel uncomfortable. We asked after clothes washing facilities and paid a fee. It had been raining and we were time poor, so used a tumble dryer, which we were made to feel more uncomfortable for.

A beautiful location tucked away down a lane but wonderful access to cycle and footpaths.

We loved it but some might find the location difficult to find.
