We appreciated Manager Memory's professionality and all staff, including Tony's hospitality. We also loved the chef's delicious cooking.

Breakfast very good. Location also convenient. Bar and kitchen staff always most obliging.

As I had stayed there previously, they had my credit card number, on file.When my husband booked in he wanted to pay in dollars cash. As they did not have any change the person at reception charged my credit card without being asked or told to do so. When he went to pay in the morning with cash, he was told she had already charged my card. This is unacceptable and also risky from your point of view as my card could easily have not been valid any more. I stay at Burley house regularly and also send people there. I need proof that my credit card number is no longer on your records or otherwise I will simply cancelling my card.I do not want to put a poor review on Booking .com if this matter is addressed.

Friendly staff, excellent food and comfortable beds. The location is nice.

Super chilled guest house with lovely outdoors area to relax in away from the bustle of the city. Food was excellent! Staff kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
