"I had a room in the back of the building, it was cold, minimum sunlight. Although its title is B&B, there was no bre"

Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed

I prepaid my stay on booking( the host also charged me for 5 nights city tax in advance). Unfortunately I had to stay one night in Udine due to health issue, the host didn’t mention about the refund neither for the room nor for the night of city tax
