We had an excellent stay again. Breakfast was superb, very high standard of cleanliness throughout and Irene goes out of her way to make you very welcome. Would highly recommend. Look forward to our next stay.

"Friendly, well presented, great breakfast and value for money."

Breakfast was great, a lovely conservatory dining room and a great breakfast.

The electric shower was a bit disappointing, no power and the usual temp problems of an electric shower.

Irene was very friendly and helpful and welomed us when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She suggested a couple of places where we could get an evening meal and even offered to phone them for us to reserve a table

"Very handy for Perth and also for stopover on long drive north or south."

Comfortable ground floor room, good breakfast, friendly hostess, just off the A9 and without the hassle of going into Perth.
