"Perfect spot outside of Venice."

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and the owners super friendly and helpful. The shower was hot, great water pressure and overall cleanliness. The house is very close to the bus station to Venice (5 min walk). The bus to Venice takes about 15/20 mins. If you need parking they have a great spot inside the property. Also there is an elevator which is a huge plus.

Breakfast was good but would have been nice to add on some eggs or more savory items.
