Everything, the staff were fabulous.

The wooden winding path to the bungalow and lovely garden with lots of dades palm trees. The terras in front of the bungalow, with a relaxing lounge sofa. Fres fruits for breakfast and dinner. We felt safe and taken care of.

This place is perfectly situated in the Atlas mountains with really beautiful views. The pool is very cleand well appointed. The cabins allow for privacy and and the beds are very comfortable. We were there in July and while it was hot the room remained cool at the lowest setting and we slept well at night. The gardens that surround the hotel are absolutely gorgeous I mean gorgeous! You could really have a resort style vacation here as they have a full service restaurant that is pretty good serving breakfast lunch and dinner. Waking up in the morning and having breakfast Watching breathtaking views of the Atlas mountains is pretty cool but I also love the idea of hanging out at the pool all day and having food and snacks brought to you super relaxing! I also appreciated that the towels were plentiful toiletries were provided and there was plenty of toilet paper.

Our room was by and large clean however they forgot to wash the shower and there was a half used shampoo and no replenishment of toiletries when we first arrived. On the 2nd day when we had the room clean they did replenish the toiletries and you do get shampoo body wash in conditioner. The actual shower head and handles was encrusted with white hard water stain build-up... this could be easily cleaned with the appropriate cleaning products and would improve the appearance of the shower immensely! It's sad to see such a beautiful brown marble bathroom And shower with that kind of lack of upkeep. There was also a putrid smell coming from the bathroom the entire time we were there we liked everything else so much that we tried to overlook it but you did dread going to the bathroom or taking a shower as the smell was very sewer ish. If you are a couple traveling be prepared to present a marriage certificate as we were asked to present ours to prove we were married. This is very much a family place and I would highly recommend modest bathing suits and modest dress in general. For the most part I think this is a hotel frequented by Moroccan families and modesty is appreciated. The hotel manager was nice but looked overworked and TIRED.

The staff were excellent there is nothing they couldn't do for you especially Badar, Salah and Hijabia. Breakfast was excellent my children stay late in bed and the staff brought the breakfast to the room. The nearby village is full shops and restaurants. Citi Fatima is 30 minutes drive a good day out. You can go quad biking or horse and camel ride one minute walk from the hotel

My wife and l have had numerous holidays, over the years and we can definitely say that we have met the most attentive manager to date, and his name is Badr. Following a delayed flight we arrived at 2245hrs and although late Badr took the time to explain the layout of the hotel and was there anything that we required that night! The following morning Badr was there nice and early, making sure we knew where to get breakfast, getting the towels ready for pool use, arranging a driver as/when required and just generally being there for any eventuality and checking that we were enjoying our stay. Even our language concerns were addressed with the use of a translation App, that he always had to hand when we didn't or couldn't explain ourselves properly.......We cannot praise him enough!

Excellent beautiful location overlooking the Atlas Mountains, wonderful staff in Salah and Adil and such a warm welcome and hospitality. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Chez Mamoutcha.

Everything from the spacious room and clean facilities to the delicious food exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The person in charge- Adil, was always around helping the staff and constantly checking in to make sure that we were comfortable. The parking lot was shaded which was also very nice. I spent two nights there with my family and would HIGHLY recommend Chez Mamouchthka to anyone.
