Fantastic hosts! Very comfortable room (flat) and great location. Close to shops, and public transport. Not noisy at all.

Spacious room, clean facilities, walking distance from touristic center.

Definitely not their fault, but the beedroom is not very good for keep privacy - need to close curtains to block view from outside.

great place, the apartment is brand new, spacious, modern, and has everything. One literally needs to bring nothing. The owner has a bike that can be used freely by guests. I had an excellent stay!

The host was extremely friendly & helpful. The location is quiet and convenient. We appreciated the info about nearby restaurants and the use of the bicycles to easily reach downtown. The room is very large and has many extra touches. A wonderful stay in beautiful Utrecht!

The description and pictures of the accommodation in the Booking.com site were very accurate and we were pleasantly surprised that our room and facilities even exceeded what was advertised. The room was well equipped and much thought had gone into making the room comfortable. The accommodation was relatively easy to access from the Central Train station. Our host ,Jos , was very welcoming and even drove us to the train station when we were leaving Utrecht. The breakfast was excellent and we had access to a private garden patio from our room. Jos also provided bikes for our use although we did not have time to use them.

Loved the location, the original dutch building, clean and spacious apartment. Little dining room was equiped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, fridge. From the bedroom you step to a charming little backyard. Very nice host who prepared tasty breakfasts for me and kindly dropped me to the train station when i was leaving Utrecht. Thank you! i would definitely stay again in this B&B.
