The flat is beautiful, furnished with refined and elegant taste, just like its hostess. It overlooks a canal with a loggia offering a fantastic view, where breakfast is usually served. The hostess freshly prepares everything and the selection is truly generous: from mushroom omelettes to yogurt, cheeses, cold cuts, and fresh fruit, not to mention bread, butter, and jams. The room is spacious and decorated with the same care as the rest of the flat; it also features a heated loggia where the lady welcomed me with an excellent tea. The hospitality was impeccable: the hostess is caring her hosts, always interested in her guests but never intrusive. An excellent place that I truly recommend and where I look forward to returning. La casa è splendida, arredata con gusto raffinato ed elegante, proprio come la sua padrona. Affaccia su un canale con una loggia che regala una vista mozzafiato, dove solitamente viene servita la colazione. Tutto è preparato al momento dalla padrona di casa e l’offerta è davvero ricca: dall’omelette ai funghi allo yogurt, dai formaggi ai salumi, fino alla frutta fresca, senza dimenticare pane, burro e marmellate. La stanza è ampia e curata con la stessa attenzione che caratterizza l’intera abitazione; dispone inoltre di una loggia riscaldata dove la signora mi ha accolto con un ottimo tè. L’ospitalità è stata impeccabile: la padrona di casa è attenta e premurosa, sempre interessata ai suoi ospiti ma mai invadente. Un luogo davvero eccellente, che consiglio e in cui spero di tornare presto.

Alles, de goede ligging op loopafstand van het centrum, de mooie kamer en loggia met alles erop en eraan. Sfeervol en erg gezellig, goed bed, heel schoon. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en Johanna een uitstekende gastvrouw.

Die liebe Johanna hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen und war eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und man schläft wunderbar ruhig. Ganz toll war auch das Frühstück, das Johanna uns mit Blick auf die Gracht servierte. Das war ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt in Utrecht! 😊

Could use a fan in the shower.

Heel vriendelijke gastvrouw, heel lekker ontbijt, grote kamer, fietsen konden zeker geplaatst worden, dichtbij het centrum. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, leckeres Frühstück, großes Zimmer mit Veranda, zentrumsnah gelegen, Fahrräder konnten sicher untergestellt werden

Wel duur. Nicht billig.
